What we are looking for

We are looking for dynamic people with a variety of skills to join our growing team. Our staff ethos will be of a group of people that are reliable, trustworthy, have good communication skills and a good understanding of our values. All our support workers must obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check before commencing work.

All new staff complete an in-depth Induction Training that covers our processes and values, so you will be well equipped to start. We also offer ongoing additional training throughout the calendar year so that you can add to your skills and knowledge.
