Rebecca’s contribution to EmpowerU lies within the extensive experience she has gained as a business owner and operator for the past 15 years.

She possesses strong leadership skills and in her previous role managed a team of over 30 staff.

As CEO of A&TC (Accreditation and Training Consultants) she established strong ties within her local communities, and oversaw the learning and development of over 2000 students ranging from diverse cultural, religious and social backgrounds. Working within the training and development sector has given Rebecca the opportunity to develop tailored training and development programs for staff that allowed her team to remain current and compliant with industry standards.

Rebecca has led several businesses through compliance audits both as a Registered Training Organisation and as a former director of early learning services within NSW.

Rebecca is proficient in financial management of business and her previous business experience provides her with the foundation to oversee the provision of fair, ethical and compliant services to individuals within the disability sector.
